This 22,000 square foot Plains Style architectural facility in South Sioux City, Nebraska was built utilizing wood frame construction and masonry that incorporates an exterior brick carved pictorial of the Lewis and Clark Expedition. Services included general contracting and utilization of fast track construction techniques.
$2,000,000 project that featured masonry cavity wall construction, architectural precast concrete buttresses and accents, a pitched roof with architectural asphalt shingles, tubular steel accents, and sculptured brick panels.
